Paul Binette
Paul graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage therapy with Clinical Distinction in August 2023. Through his 6 years of competitive strength sports, Paul’s most notable placings were 2013 Alberta’s strongest man second place heavyweight, 2014 Alberta’s strongest man first place lightweight. Paul still enjoys the pursuit of strength as his main pastime and some other interests of his involve staying up to date on current research around performance and recovery and the financial markets.
Paul is experienced in performing Trigger point release, Myofascial release (MFR), Swedish massage, Joint mobilizations, manual spinal decompression (Traction with guided breath), has first hand experience recovering from many broken bones, muscle tears, crush type injuries and chronic pain and dysfunction. Paul also takes a unique approach to some types of back pain by focusing on releasing Psoas, Iliacus and Diaphragm, and can also perform various trigger point release techniques which can refer pain to distant regions of the body sometimes seeming unrelated to the chief complaint. Also being experienced in training for 19 years, you can count on having a therapist who is excited to discuss the different potential methods and implementation of specific targeted exercises which utilize the principles of progressive overload for injury recovery and performance development, alongside a discussion about the neurological changes which come with debilitating injury, and how to approach rehab exercise in a way that helps the patient develop their understanding of how to self regulate training intensity and frequency to achieve their desired level of performance.

Elysa Mollica
Elysa is a graduate from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. She has been in the massage therapy industry for over four years. In addition to having an extensive background in personal training and fitness competitions, she has a passion for professional dance. Elysa integrates functional aspects of personal training into treatment and home-care to ensure each patient leaves with the intention of continuing their rehabilitation program at home with confidence.
Elysa considers her style of treatment to be more muscle manipulation than a traditional massage; little creams/oils are used throughout treatment in order to fully manipulate each target area.

Jake Ross
My approach to massage therapy has evolved through hands-on experience and continued education. Since becoming a registered massage therapist, I have expanded my skill set with specialized training in Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) and Level 2 Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), with a focus on orthopedic applications. I am also furthering my education in cranial fascial techniques to better address complex musculoskeletal patterns.
With a strong foundation in kinesiology and personal training, I take an active approach to treatment while prioritizing hands-on techniques to support recovery. My treatments integrate myofascial and active release therapies, assisted stretching, muscle energy techniques, and targeted lymphatic work to restore mobility, improve function, and support the body’s natural healing process.
This skill set allows me to effectively treat a range of conditions, including chronic tension, postural imbalances, nerve impingements, joint restrictions, and post-surgical swelling. I also work with individuals recovering from sports injuries, repetitive strain conditions, and those managing conditions like tendinopathies, whiplash, or persistent pain patterns that haven’t responded to other treatments.
